Explaining his new job at Liverpool and what Jürgen Klopp informed him about it, Trent Alexander-Arnold

Trent Alexander-Arnold, the vice captain of Liverpool, claims that Jürgen Klopp has instructed him to take on a somewhat different role.

He had a good game today against Fulham.
Jürgen Klopp is eager for Trent Alexander-Arnold, a standout for Liverpool, to get as much of the ball inside the midfield where he can receive it from right-back.

Liverpool has been using the inverted ploy for a while, but Alexander-Arnold used it very differently at Craven Cottage against Fulham.
Jarell Quansah would take his place as he moved into the quarterback position, wide on the right, and Alexander-Arnold was nearly always in

Liverpool believes that Alexander-Arnold can nearly always be unleashed centrally, even though there is occasionally far more room in wide areas.

And with his searching long passes, he did generate plenty of opportunities for those ahead of him.

Alexander-Arnold stated in real time on Sky Sports following the game, “I think the more and more I’m playing in the middle of the pitch, the tighter and more compact I’m finding it.”

“The manager has told me to get into that position to try to get on the ball and find those passes over the top.”

He went on, “There needs to be discipline in there.” “The remaining members of the team must go and move around.

There’s room to move around and flexibility within that. We have nothing to lose at this stage of the season.

We must pursue the goal differential. It’s a major thing, something wonderful, and it puts us in a difficult position.”

The loss of Alexander-Arnold wasn’t the only thing that distinguished Fulham from the others.

He scored with a fantastic free-kick in the first half, only moments after a weak attempt by Harvey Elliott struck the bar.

He told Match of the Day, “It felt good and it looked good, from what I saw—the lads told me it was very good!” Their grins and their obvious excitement indicate that it was a successful conclusion. To score again was exhilarating.

“The method I employ creates the power by itself. All I do is try to steer it and give the goalie difficulty.

In a game, you only get one chance to execute it for the team. On days like today, practice, practice, and practice will pay off.

“Not being able to play and do what I love has been difficult for me these past few months, but it feels great to be back out there.

I feel like I’m playing good and I’m having fun with football. Man, playing football is fun. It is the wisest course of action.
